Our event is community-focused, like for real.
Have you ever been to a lindy hop event and been surrounded by people, but actually feel like you’re all alone? Especially after the pandemic, we’ve only heard more stories about people feeling isolated in the dance scene. So we’re doing something about it!
Instead of your typical lindy hop event with leveled classes, competitions, and social dances where everyone stays with their friends, we’ve designed BHAII to help you build connections within the community.
We want you to take the connections and ideas you get from BHAII back to your home scene and work towards making it a more welcoming and inclusive space.
